What the iba.ACADEMY offers
2.5 hours of practical training and explanation in English directly at iba in Hall 14, Stand A13.
Organised by the Zentralverband des Deutschen Bäckerhandwerks e.V. (German Bakers‘ Confederation) by specialist teachers from the Bundesakademie Weinheim (German National Bakers Academy in Weinheim).
Master of pretzels
You will learn the secret of original German pretzels: from the ingredients to the dough and the right shape, right up to the delicious end product.
The course instructors will show you step by step how this delicious tradition is prepared.

Trainee workshop at the iba.ACADEMY
From Monday to Thursday, the German Bakers‘ Confederation invites bakery trainees from the Düsseldorf region to experience iba live during a tour of the trade fair and to expand their knowledge and skills in exciting workshops at the iba.ACADEMY under the guidance of specialist instructors from the ADB network.
