What the iba.ACADEMY offers

2.5 hours of practical training and explanation in English directly at iba in Hall 14, A13.   

Organised by the Zentralverband des Deutschen Bäckerhandwerks e. V. (Central Association of the German Bakery Trade) by specialist teachers from the Bundesakademie Weinheim.

Master of pretzels

Participants learnt the secret of original German pretzels. From the ingredients to the dough and the right shape to the delicious end product.   

The instructors showed them step by step how to prepare this traditional delicacy.
