Opening hours for exhibitors, entrances and more
You can find out when exhibitors can enter the trade fair and which entrances are available here.
Opening hours
- Sunday (24.10.) to Wednesday (27.10.) 9:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
- Thursday (28.10.) 9:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Exhibitors receive access two hours before opening hours with their exhibitor pass.
Entrances
You can access the iba via the north, west and north-west entrances.

Assembly and dismantling
NO passes are required for set-up and dismantling. This applies to both exhibitors and stand construction companies. You can find the latest information on iba 2027 in Munich here.

Visa
Citizens of EU member states generally do not require a visa to enter the Federal Republic of Germany. All other participants require a visa. Under the following links you will find a list of countries that require or do not require a visa to enter Germany.
