About iba
_{iba, the world's leading trade fair for bakery, confectionery and snacks, takes place every three years at the Munich Exhibition Center. The trade fair brings together all products and technologies that are relevant for bakers and confectioners of all sizes, decision-makers from the bakery and confectionery industry and the food retail trade. The spectrum of topics ranges from raw materials, baking ingredients and frozen baked goods to production and packaging technology, process optimization and information technology through to complete interiors for bakeries, confectioneries and cafés. iba 2023 attracted 57,000 trade visitors from 150 countries. A total of 1,073 companies from 46 countries exhibited. The next iba will take place from May 18 to 22, 2025, at the Düsseldorf Exhibition Center in order to provide the baking industry with a continuous platform. From 2027, iba will once again be held every three years in the fall at the Munich exhibition grounds.}
