From May 18 to May 22, 2025, iba in Düsseldorf will set national and international standards for the baking industry. As in previous years, the leading trade fair will provide the setting for the industry's global meeting of experts and will impress with its depth of products and variety of innovations, set trends and provide impetus and facilitate professional exchange. iba will take place once only in Düsseldorf in 2025. From 2027, the regular rotation will apply again.
