What our exhibitors 2025 say

"We are looking forward to iba 2025 in Düsseldorf with great anticipation. This trade fair is a fixed date in our event calendar. Over the days of the trade fair, we will meet our most important business contacts face-to-face and continue to expand our network. Direct dialogue is the best and most effective way to present our constantly growing portfolio to the market. What's more, the great atmosphere of the trade fair is perfect for presenting our products."

Pascal Freise, Head of Sales – GHD Georg Hartmann Maschinenbau GmbH

"Even though the year 2025 will be a challenge for the entire industry, iba is always a meeting place for the entire baking industry and offers inspiration and business opportunities that shape the future. König will increasingly position itself as a solution provider to accompany traditional craftsmanship into a successful future through innovative technology."

Norbert Hübler, Global Sales Director – König Gruppe, König Maschinen Gesellschaft m.b.H.

"iba time: On 18 May, the baking industry from all over the world will come together in Düsseldorf. Our experts will welcome you to our HEUFT stand to answer all your questions about Thermo-Oil industrial and artisan ovens and energy. Look over the shoulders of our application engineers during live baking. Baking will take place on stone in a rack and wagon oven. We look forward to an exciting trade fair and personal dialogue with you!"

Bernd Ludwig, Sales Manager DACH and Authorised representative – Heuft Thermo-Oel GmbH & Co. KG

"iba 2023 was amazing and a true joy to see and meet the bakery industry after a long time. In 2025 we want to meet again at iba and continue our sustainability and future bakery developments with the industry. We invite every member of the supply chain to come to this industry event and see us at Fairground Düsseldorf! Sustainable baking on hydrogen and electricity are more important than ever, even with hybrid systems, we have a solution for every industrial baker today and tomorrow. Next to this,  new bakery lines for pastry, sheeted bread, bun making and many decoration and depositing equipment will be shown, so a must see from AMF, Tromp and Den Boer."

Lex van Houten – Marketing manager – EMEA-AP region, AMF Bakery Systems

"We are excited to engage and educate our customers on our latest advancements at iba 2025. We will for example feature the new, exclusive Emithermic XE Oven, a superior replacement for Direct Gas Fired (DGF) ovens. This oven is a game-changer for cracker bakers looking to improve their carbon footprint and bake more consistent products. With the increased focus on snacks, iba has become one of our most important bakery shows. It provides us with the opportunity to generate leads, strengthen our brand, showcase new products and meet with industry friends. iba 2025 in Dusseldorf is the place to see all the baking industry has to offer."

Shawn Moye, Senior Vice President Global Sales, Reading Bakery Systems

Don't miss the iba! Why? They'll tell you

In 2025, iba will not be opening its halls in Munich, but in Düsseldorf. The location in the Rhine-Ruhr region offers numerous advantages for organisers, exhibitors and visitors. The proximity to the Benelux countries and the excellent trade fair infrastructure are just two of them.
