NO passes are required for set-up and dismantling. This applies to both exhibitors and stand construction companies.

Construction

11/05/25, from 8:00 am – 17/05/25 until 6:00 pm

During these times, construction is possible day and night. After 6:00 pm on the last construction day until the start of the trade fair, only decorating is permitted.

Dismantling

22/05/25 from 5:00 pm – 26/05/25 until 4:00 pm

During these times dismantling is possible day and night. Vehicles up to max. 7.49 t will not be permitted to enter until 8:00 pm.

A request for early assembly or extended dismantling must be made in writing and sent to TR-Service@messe-duesseldorf.de
