The iba.FOOD TRENDS AREA is spread out across the entire length of Hall 15 in the form of a boulevard. Along the entire length, innovative ideas and new solutions for innovative raw materials, snack trends and food trend studies are on display. Exhibitors are offering numerous tastings so that you can not only hear about the latest trends, but also taste them.

Programme at the iba.STAGE

The programme around the iba.FOOD TRENDS AREA has been split into two parts for maximum input: in the morning, you will get detailed insights into the topic of food trends in the form of daily short presentations of the co-exhibitors and keynotes, while in the afternoon all the other iba.TOPICS will be discussed. The programme will be held in German and English on the iba.STAGE, with simultaneous interpreting provided. Further details will be available in the programme from spring 2025.
