Under the motto “Art”, the teams’ best pastry chefs conjure up edible masterpieces under time pressure. At 1:00 p.m. the first cake and chocolate creations will be presented.

The trade fair audience can watch the first evaluation of the teams at 1 p.m. and a second evaluation at 3 p.m.
The award ceremony will take place on Thursday, May 22nd at 4:00 p.m. in the iba.FORUM.
