How does Lead-Tracking work?
To use lead-tracking, you need an administrator account and at least one user account.
With the administrator account, you can configure individual customer inquiries and set up and manage user licenses in the administrator portal at leads.ghm.de.
To record visitor data at the stand, you need one user account per employee and a suitable device (smartphone or tablet with iOS or Android) on site on which the GHM LEADS app is installed.
How do I book Lead-Tracking?
Lead-tracking is booked via the lead tracking package, which already includes an admin licence and a user licence. Additional user licences can be created directly in the admin portal. The activated user licences are billed at the end of the event.
What is possible with an administrator portal?
- Registration on the GHM LEADS admin portal

Lead-Tracking Package
The LEAD-TRACKING package offers you a combination of the two individual licenses. The package contains all the functions from the admin license as well as a user license for successful visitor tracking. Book the Lead Tracking package to get started easily:
- One admin and one user license included
- The package contains everything you need to capture leads directly at your stand with one device
- You can use the package to test Lead Tracking
- You can book as many additional admin licenses and user licenses as you like at a later date

User License
You want to have several employees scanned on site or you want to work with different devices. Then you need additional user licenses.
Each additional user license costs:
149€*
* Additional users can only be created in the admin portal. The user licences are invoiced after the end of the event; only licences that have been in use are invoiced. When booking the LEAD-TRACKING PACKAGE, 30 users are preset. If you require additional users, these can be activated on request via the support team at support@leads.ghm.de
Which visitor data is available to you?
You receive a real-time overview of the recorded contacts via the admin portal at leads.ghm.de.
You can analyze the data in the dashboard according to your criteria and download it for further processing.
The following visitor data is available to you:
- Personal data: title, salutation, first name and last name
- Company data: company
- Contact details: email
- Address data: zip code, city and country
- Interests: answers to your individual exhibitor survey
- Allocation: which lead was recorded with which user account

We will send the log-in details for your GHM LEADS admin account via email to your lead-tracking contact.
If you subsequently require additional user licenses, contact support.
The lead tracking service and support is available by email support@leads.ghm.de and by telephone (+49 89 189 149 564).
At leads.ghm.de you can make all settings with your GHM LEADS admin account.
There you can log in with the access data sent to you and create users. You can also upload documents to send to the leads, define the categories that can be assigned to the lead and carry out various evaluations and downloads of the recorded data.
You can book the lead-tracking package in our exhibitor portal. Please follow this link to the exhibitor portal of the respective event.
You only need your own company devices: smartphone or tablet for the GHM LEADS app and notebook for working with the admin portal.
Please ensure on the IT side that you can install the GHM LEADS app on your company devices.
You will be invoiced for the lead-tracking service with the final invoice after the trade show.
