The trade fair stand of the Central Association of German Bakers is the centerpiece of the bakers' village in Hall 14. Trade fair visitors are warmly invited to exchange ideas with the experts on site and to learn about the services of the association.

In the Forum, the audience can look forward to a wide range of programme highlights from lectures, discussion rounds or award ceremonies. Other highlights are the trainee workshop for young trainees and the Day of Bakers and Confectioners on 18 May, on which the Honorary Award of the German Bakery Trade will also be awarded.
In the bakery village you will also find the Museum of Bread and Art with this year's focus on world nutrition, as well as the bakers' associations, which will meet on the same day at 11 a.m. in the iba. Forum.
