Leando at a glance - new portal for trainers

Vocational training is full of challenges that would not be possible without the commitment of the many trainers. Every day, they manage to pass on their knowledge and skills to the next generation in the baking trade. The training of around 11,000 trainees is significantly shaped and motivated by the experienced training staff in the bakery companies.

With Leando, the Federal Institute for Vocational Training (BIBB) is developing a new portal for training and examination staff on behalf of the Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF) with the participation of a project group from the baking trade.

With a variety of functions that are specifically tailored to the needs of training and examination staff, the new portal offers a wide range of advantages:
