THE iba.UIBC Cup OF BAKERS

From May 18th to 19th, the best bakers will compete for the gold medal. The teams will face the demanding challenge. The cup requires not only creativity, but also the highest level of craftsmanship to create edible masterpieces under time pressure under the motto "art".

The trade fair audience can follow the competition live every day from 8 a.m. The first evaluation takes place at 1 p.m., the presentation at 3:30 p.m., and a second evaluation at 4 p.m. The award ceremony will take place on May 19 at 5:30 p.m. in the iba.FORUM.
