 Porridge Mix – More Than Just an Oatmeal
Germany is a nation of breakfast lovers! The younger generation in particular prefers a sweet start to the day. One breakfast option gaining popularity is porridge—an oatmeal-based dish.
With its new Porridge Mix, BRAUN proves that porridge can be enjoyed at any time of day! The mix is easy to use, versatile, and tasty. BRAUN impressively demonstrates just how creative the mix can be in the recipe booklet All About Porridge Mix: whether used in crunchy cookies, tarts, or desserts—there are no limits to creativity.
Visitors can sample the Porridge Mix as part of a redcurrant “Porridge Style” tart at the tasting station at the trade fair stand.

The Cocoa-Free Chocolate Alternative
Cocoa harvest is becoming increasingly less productive, prices are rising, and demand for vegan chocolate alternatives is growing. WNWN Food Labs has tackled this issue extensively and found a solution: a cocoa-free chocolate alternative that behaves just like traditional chocolate coatings.
The Win-Win coatings are made primarily with locally sourced European ingredients such as rice, carob, or tiger nuts. These ingredients are fermented and processed to create two products now being introduced to the German market with the support of Martin Braun Backmittel und Essenzen KG: Win-Win Light Vegan and Win-Win Dark Vegan.
Available in chip form, the products are easy to portion, can be used as a 1:1 replacement for couverture, and offer ideal flowability like a plant-based fat glaze. They also provide excellent coverage and a delicate melt.

Exotic Flavors from Capfruit
For iba 2025, Capfruit is bringing two brand-new fruit purées for visitors to taste: Sweet Date and Exotic Pina Colada. The popular Mango fruit purée will also be available for sampling.
From velvety peaches and sweet bananas to tart lemons—Capfruit from France has them all! The team in Provence are experts at transforming the ripest fruits into high-quality purées.
The possibilities for use are nearly endless: layered in dessert glasses, as a fruit glaze on slices, a flavor enhancer for whipped cream or gelato pastes, or enjoyed pure - let your creativity run wild.

Cresco Italia Brings Gelato to Düsseldorf
In addition to well-known favorites like Pistachio Kerman and Bourbon Vanilla Madagascar, Cresco Italia will present a total of 16 exclusive gelato flavors, all available for tasting.
Among them are both vegan and unique creations such as Spicy Pina Colada—made with Capfruit’s Pina Colada purée—and Hazelnut Piemonte, which is made without added sugar. A special highlight: Salty Caramel Popcorn, delivering that nostalgic movie-theater vibe straight to Düsseldorf.
All flavors will be available for sampling at the booth.

Schokobella Shines with a New Flavor
Schokobella has been a beloved classic at Braun for over 35 years, with a continuously expanding range. Now introducing a new variety for international customers: Pineapple-Coconut, which captivates with its vibrant color and exotic taste.
The cream is suitable for filling, coating, refining, and decorating and is available in various flavor options.

Crunchy Creations with Kranfil’s
The Kranfil’s range from BRAUN combines two standout features: exceptional taste and a “crunch effect” thanks to crispy cookie or wafer pieces.
Whether as a filling, glaze, or eye-catching decorative element—the Kranfil’s range, available in seven distinctive flavors, adds visual appeal and irresistible texture to any pastry display.
