GEA High Speed Bake Extruder

This machine is designed for high-speed production of a variety of bakery products, including wirecut products, soft-center cookies, fruit bars, and continuous extrusion items.

  1. Redesigned wirecut system for higher efficiency and faster production
  2. Up to 350 strokes/min for wirecut applications and 130 strokes/min for soft-center cookie production
  3. Can be used as a standalone unit or integrated into a complete production line

GEA E-Bake

This machine is designed for energy-efficient baking with consistent product quality and reduced CO₂ emissions.

  1. Extra low energy consumption thanks to reduced chamber volume and micro-convection
  2. Superior baking quality and repeatability with zone-controlled airflow
  3. Full accessibility and faster installation with Plug&Play pre-assembled modules

GEA Bake Depositor 2LC

This machine deposits a wide range of doughs, batters and fillings into trays. It is used to process high volumes of products such as cookies, and various soft dough biscuits.

  1. Lobe pumps for high accurate dosing and higher productivity
  2. 40 strokes/m for Depositor and 100 strokes/m for Wirecut)
  3. Possible to use the machine on standalone or integrated on a line

GEA Minitart

This machine offers increased production capacity and flexibility for processing pies and tarts.

  1. Volumetric extruder for accurate dough depositing
  2. Servo-driven belt for precise tray positioning
  3. Optional units for creams, jams, and lattice tops
  4. Ideal for standalone use or integration into a production line

Demo & Tasting events

GEA will showcase its bakery applications, Cakes & Pies, Soft Dough Cookies and Hard Sweet Biscuits and Crackers, each within a dedicated corner on the exhibition floor. Tasting events will be held throughout the trade fair, offering an immersive experience into the range of products developed by the bakery Business Unit in GEA. The stand will also feature some live demonstration of the GEA Bake Depositor 2LC, highlighting its capabilities in enhancing production performance and meeting diverse industrial baking needs.
