Cleaning systems and hygienisation for wheels, castors and shoe soles
ProfilGate®, a product from HEUTE Maschinenfabrik, is a mechanical cleaning system for wheels, castors and shoe soles that effectively stops dirt being carried into logistics and production halls by up to 80 %. The system, which is embedded in the floor at ground level, consists of a stainless steel tray into which stable gratings with patented brush strips are clamped. When these are loaded, mechanical vibrations occur automatically. The angled nylon bristles grip the tyre and shoe treads in a left-right movement, so that they are actively and intensively cleaned. Models from the ProfilGate® aqua and aqua spray series also ensure hygienic wet cleaning and disinfection. In this way, they contribute to clean production and enable special hygiene standards and certifications in your industry.
