We supply bakeries and food manufacturers across Europe and beyond with high-quality enzyme-active flours, malted and roasted flours, flaked and cut grains, seed mixes, and blends – made from natural, nutritious ingredients, predominantly sourced from the UK. We also operate a dedicated gluten-free mill, producing to a 5-20ppm specification.
