AGF's Recirculating Clean-in-Place (CIP) system is designed to elevate freezer hygiene standards. Inspired by the dishwasher’s design, the system achieves optimal cleaning performance with energy-saving operation. The system incorporates a robust stainless-steel circulation tank, complemented by a user-friendly control panel and strategically positioned spray nozzles distributed across all processing zones, ensuring comprehensive coverage and exceptional cleaning performance.

Efficient Cleaning for Essential Freezer Components

This integrated system design ensures thorough cleaning across essential components such as evaporators, conveyor belts, and spiral drums. A distinctive feature of the system is its recirculation technology, which substantially reduces water usage compared to other conventional cleaning systems.

Three-Stage Cleaning Process for Optimal Hygiene

AGF’s CIP system operates through an efficient three-stage cleaning process. Initially, a pre-rinse phase will begin to remove visible surface debris from freezer components. The system then automatically transitions to the recirculation stage, where cleaning water is continuously filtered and recycled through an integrated network of built-in filters. This closed-loop process ensures thorough, repeated cleaning of all designated freezer zones while effectively preventing nozzle clogging. The final sanitizing rinse with applicable detergent completes the cycle, leaving all components thoroughly cleaned and disinfected.

Meeting Food Safety Standards and Enhancing Operational Efficiency

The integrated design not only meets stringent food safety standards but also significantly lowers the risk of cross-contamination, making it an ideal solution for food processing facilities seeking to enhance product safety and operational efficiency.
