At Baktec we believe delivering a high-standard service is as important as creating the most accurate and high-quality appliances. For that reason we have created a digital service portal.

In order to make your life as easy as possible, we have developed an accessible service portal Baktec.Assist in combination with the new range. We have redesigned the internal construction, including the piping, so that the devices are easy to service and parts are easy to replace. This allows anyone, without any training to work with our devices and minimises downtime. Through videos on the service portal, users can operate our devices within minutes. Technical staff just need to log in to our service portal and follow the service videos where everything is explained step, by step. Parts can be easily ordered through our portal using parts pictures. Unskilled personnel can solve the most common service questions. And the same goes for the user of our devices, training is no longer necessary. Thus, 1 + 1 = 3 and the baker can get on with what he does best; baking the very best bread!
