The LILLNORD FLEXBAKER-UV Cell allows bakers to store products that are 80–90% pre-baked for a longer period (up to 14 days).
Thanks to an advanced humidity control system, it prevents drying out, while integrated UV lamps prevent any mold formation.

The process is regulated by an innovative control system with a specialized program that includes:
