The heart of the ECOSTONE PLUS is the heat recovery system newly developed by HEIN:
The pioneering, purely physical flue gas recirculation system makes it possible to extract additional heat from the solid steel pipes and thermoblock walls from the flue gases and store it temporarily in the heat recovery system.
The residual heat is not disposed of uselessly, but remains where it belongs: in the stove.
ECOSTONE PLUS heat recovery ensures that the temperature drop in the baking chamber is slowed down after loading, steaming and at the end of the steaming time - without the burner running.
The unavoidable drop in temperature caused by loading can therefore be reduced by 20 °C. In addition to massive energy savings, shorter baking times, better dough development and perfect crust formation only have a positive impact on your goods.
