In addition to our different crecent rolling machines the Universum LWT3 Compact is a powerful entry-level machine for time-saving processing of crescent rolls, sticks, pretzels, plaits or other braided pastries.
Working width long moulder 60 cm or 80 cm
The different versions of our infeed belts ensure optimal connection to a bread roll system.
Dough weights of 30 to 400 grams, depending on the working width, are possible.
The dough ropes can then be processed using one of our transport tables.
