DymoMix® - Efficient and gentle

The DymoMix® impresses with its very direct hydration process, which leads to spontaneous, homogeneous hydration of the flour. Operation is continuous.

  • Gentle hydration of raw materials with low moisture input
  • Energy-efficient thanks to new drive concept and data monitoring
  • Flexible, adjustable mass flow (1,000-6,000 kg/h)
  • Easy cleaning thanks to CIP system


Codos® - Flexibility in continuous operation

The continuous mixing and kneading system enables quick recipe changes and minimizes production costs.

  • Low space requirement with high dough throughput

  • High process accuracy with automatic raw material parameter adjustment

Fermentation systems - consistent quality

For starter doughs (TA ≥ 200) and sourdoughs (TA ≥ 210), the systems offer:
