Function: The raw material is sequentially dosed out of the 4 ingredient silos into a container scale (approx. 40 liters) located below.
After the recipe-related dosing, pneumatic conveying transfers the batch to the pick-up point.
4 ingredient silos, each with a capacity of 110 liters and built-in agitator, are housed in a frame (1x1m). The dosing screws and the container scales are located in the base of the housing.
The four-unit Quattro system allows for expansion and assembly as required.
All components coming into contact with the ingredients are made of stainless steel AISI 304. The ingredient containers are made of Plexiglas.
