Brown sugar
We offer food producers brown sugar in both light-brown and mid-brown types that vary in both taste and colour. Both varieties are finely crystalline and easily soluble. Our light-brown sugar is characterised by an aromatically sweet to subtly caramel flavour, while our mid-brown sugar has a more caramel-malt note.
Special brown sugar
Our special brown sugar is even finer grained and more intensely flavoured than our brown sugar and has a distinctly malty note. We offer food industry manufacturers two different types, each with its own flavour profile and colour – a factor that makes our special brown sugar so exceptional. Their powdery fineness means that both types are particularly soluble and thus very easy to process.
