Founded in 1989, EUROGERM is an agri-food group specialised in the design, manufacture and marketing of technological, sensory and nutritional ingredients and solutions for the wheat-flour-bread-patisserie sector.  Ingredients & Solutions to innovate in bread making

EUROGERM, a specialist in cereal ingredients for the wheat-flour-bread-viennoiserie-patisserie sector, designs, formulates and offers complete value-added solutions:

  • Milling correctors: consistency and quality of flour
  • Bread making improvers: soft, crusty, texture, flavour, ...
  • Special bread premix /viennoiserie: seed bread, cereal bread, taste, colour
  • Technological and customisation ingredients: gluten, enzymes, roasted cereal flours, wheat germ, fibre, vitamins, minerals, etc.
  • Pastry and catering pre-products: preparations for creams, custards, mousselines, etc.

In addition to creativity and products, EUROGERM offers its customers a range of services to support them at every stage and in every area of their development:

  • Chronotec® to guide millers in selecting their wheat and correcting their flours
  • Qualitec® which draws up the sensory and/or nutritional profiles of finished products and positions them in relation to the various products on the market
  • Arpeges®, EUROGERM centre of expertises and its four operational divisions: Co-development, Training, Innovation, Incentive.

One of the keys to EUROGERM's success is its organisation into centres of expertise: design office, physico-chemical laboratory, test bakery, sensory analysis laboratory, research and development, technical and sales support.

Quality, Food safety and traceability are key points, implemented at every stage of production. EUROGERM is FSSC 22000 certified.
