Under the motto “Art”, the teams’ best pastry chefs conjure up edible masterpieces under time pressure. At 10:00 a.m. the first creations of petits fours and themed pastries will be presented.

The trade fair audience can watch the first evaluation of the teams at 10 a.m., at 1 p.m. and a third evaluation at 3 p.m.
The award ceremony will take place on Thursday, May 22nd at 4:00 p.m. in the iba.FORUM.
