Product review part 1 - German master baker championship
Under the motto “Passion”, the teams’ best bakers conjure up edible masterpieces under time pressure. At 1:00 p.m. the first creations of Danish pastry, puff pastry and small pastries will be presented.

The three teams of two that made it through the preliminary rounds will compete against each other in the grand finale at iba. Under the theme “Passion”, bread, small pastries, yeast dough pastries and a show piece are produced. The German National Bakers Team decides which team produces the best pastries and ultimately wins the title of “German Master Bakers”.
The award ceremony will take place on Tuesday, May 20th, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. in the central association forum.
