ChocConcept Belgium is proud to announce the world's first tiniest chocolate drops at iba 2025. We are thrilled to show you our micro drops which are as small as 100,000 pieces/ kg.
Designed as topping: light enough to not roll off your croissant, macaron, or gelato. Crafted to fulfil the need of inclusion. In fact, the drops are so small, they will fit thru a depositor and blend well in dough.
We are capable to make all sizes of drops between 2.000 and 120.000 pieces per kg, without any fixed stages.
