Over 30 Years of Know-How to Enhance Your Baking Performance

In this 3D video, we present one of our customized solutions: an industrial baking line for artisan bread on peelboards and heart baked on stone belt, designed to deliver premium products on an industrial scale.

You can follow the path that bread follows from proofing to baking:

▶ The dough pieces are proofed on peelboards in a multi-level traveling carrier proofer. It’s a high-capacity flexible proofer with the possibility to accommodate various sizes of trays/pans. The trays are loaded onto a finger tray-carrier with multiple levels, depending on tray size and capacity

▶ Then the proofed doughs are baked in a stone belt tunnel oven. Thanks to the peculiar heat transfer capability of the stone plate, which allows a constant and steady transfer to the product to be baked, this type of oven guaranties a “premium” product with crust, high moisture and volume.

All our projects are custom-made and meet the specific customer requirements in terms of volume, space and technology. Our aims are: repeatable final product quality, high output with no downtime and reasonable production flexibility on an industrial scale.
