Our digital UNIVERS models feature the Injection-Mixing-Flow (IMF) system, which is a revolutionary solution where each water supply (hot, cold and/or chilled) is individually and continuously controlled. This reliable system is extremely fast and reaches the desired temperature within seconds.
Over the past few years, Baktec has been working on developing a new range of devices. Unburdening from baker to service manager, is the main ingredient for the introduction of this new range. In doing so, we aim for everyone working with our appliances to be able to focus on their own craftsmanship and not have to worry about peripheral issues.
We see our customers increasingly struggling to find skilled staff, both for technical service, and in the bakery. These shortages are expected to increase in the coming decades.
