1. IBIS GT ELECTRIC DECK OVENS
GT electric ovens available in IBIS offer are guarantee of perfect baking and are very easy to use and service. They are characterized by low failure rate and quick possibility of changing the desired temperature in the chamber. Bakery ovens are made of the highest quality stainless steel, which guarantees long-term durability, resistance to high temperatures and easy cleaning. We offer baking ovens with different parameters and sizes. Currently, the most popular are electric ovens with modular construction, where their main advantage is the ease of configuration and equipping with additional elements.

2. ROTARY OVENS (IBIS Roto Speed)
Thanks to the use of innovative technological solutions, IBIS rotary ovens from the RS „Roto Speed” series guarantee high quality baking of bakery and confectionery products.
The optimized hot air flow process and fast heating of the baking chamber allow for excellent results in the production of any type of bread, including dark and tin bread.
The solid and at the same time modern construction allows for quick assembly of the oven and its maintenance.

3. THERMAL OIL OVENS (TROLLEY AND DECK)
IBIS Thermal oil ovens are designed for heavy-duty operations. The manufacturing technology and top quality materials ensure their long service life. The structure guarantees equal distribution of temperature on the heating panels, since oil (a heat carrier) is constantly fed by the pump.
The oven is equipped with a modern computer-based system which provides continuous monitoring of machine operation. These are most economical ovens availbale on the baking market.
The heating boiler in which thermal oil is heated can be equipped with one of three types of burners: gas, oil or pellet.
Ibis produces both: thermal oil deck ovens and thermal oil trolley ovens.
The offer of THERMAL OIL TROLLEY OVENS includes 2 models: 2-trolley and 3-trolley ovens, which may also differ in the number of levels, baking surface and dimensions.
