You don't have to heat it nor add anything - just use it. Attention: this product does not congeal, it remains prone to push.

  • You can easily make inscriptions and also contours to be filled with colourful masses
  • Good for mixing with colourants, flavours, fruits, purees and also fruit fillings with pieces Lauretta.

For wafer discs:

  • Used under and on wafer disc protects it from humidity from the cake, cream and also from outside (f.ex. drop of water, juice).
  • Isolates from cake and allows you to place it evenly.
  • Gives attractive shine.
  • Improves distinctness of print colours.
  • Does not dissolve ink.

For tarts:

  • Used under fruits protects cake from penetration of fruit juices.
  • Used on fruits protects them from drying, and also microbiological threats.
  • Gives attractive shine.

For cakes:

  • Used on fruits protects from drying, and also microbiological threats.
  • Makes decorative layer.
  • Allows you to make steep decorative layer (3D effect). Attention: in this case usually has to be used in combination with gelatine or hot glaze Cristalli.
