Maize and durum in particular are becoming increasingly important. We offer special granulations of corn semolina and flour, snack semolina, corn grits and polenta, gluten-free baking mixes and products for the retail trade, such as for tortillas or snacks - naturally also in organic quality from Bioland grain. Close co-operation with our farmers and modern raw material management ensure consistently high quality from the field to delivery.

Our corn products are available in variable filling quantities and on various load carriers. Durum is characterised by its high gluten protein content and carotenoid content. It is ideal for pasta, couscous and bulgur, but is also a recipe ingredient in many baked goods such as ciabatta and foccacia. We have also continuously expanded our range of durum wheat products.
