Pizza, Pizza Napolitana, Turkish Pide & Pita come and see! Achieving hand-made quality results with industrial production lines is our specialty. We respect the dough and adapt the line to your recipe for any kind of bread, thick or thin.
Our bread production lines are divided in two big sections; Slimlines, for flat breads thinner than 6 mm, and Plaff-Plaff H2O lines, for any kind of bread thicker than 6 mm.
Both lines have the same philosophy behind its design, to achieve an artisan quality product as it was a hand-made. One with an automated process that allows the client the versatility to find the kind of products one is looking for. Dealing with high-hydrated and/or high rested dough is one of our specialties.
Our standard Slimline line is 1200 wide, a good size to place 3 Pizzas of 30cm (12') across or 8 Turkish Pides of 100mm wide. You can achieve a premium quality product working directly from our machine to the oven, no posterior proofing is required, the product can go directly to cooling after the oven and proceed to the filling section, frozen section, etc.
*Our new line will produce Pizza, Turkish Pide, Pita and Focaccia at IBA in live demonstrations and it will be on sale during the exhibition.
