INDUSTRIAL production line for puff pastry, yeast dough and danish pastry, able to satisfy all customer’s production requirements and it can be adaptable to any customer’s space need.

Laminating line - L shape
This line is specific for the production of puff pastry.
Each machine can be customized according to the customer's needs and the line control is made though a touch screen which ensures a simple application and recipes storage.
We can propose two solutions, of laminating lines, according to custemr need. The TOP line for a industrial production and the FRIENDLY line for an artisanal production.
Both the type can be configuring in different ways (L shape, U shape, Z shape...).
Thanks to the modular design, the lines can be expandend in a second time to obtain a coplete laminating plant and every lines also can be linked with a Make Up table to be able to make different products.
