▶ Cyclothermic Indirect Fired Tunnel Ovens
Built on demand, based on the customer’s needs, these ovens are designed to guarantee production flexibility on an industrial scale and come with different options according to customer requirements. Baking surfaces can be made in mesh, granite stone, or steel, depending on the product requirements. Controlled by our proprietary software, the entire baking process can be managed from a single operator panel, also with automatic adjustment in case of product gaps and integrated monitoring of energy and productivity data.

▶ Direct Fired HT Tunnel Ovens
They are designed to replicate the baking conditions of traditional Italian pizza ovens. Reaching up to 450°C (842°F) and with their high radiation output, they are designed to bake in the shortest time possible. Built with high-temperature corrosion resistant stainless steel, they feature modular zones with independent heat and humidity regulation. Also, these ovens are fully automated and powered by our in-house software, providing control of the whole baking process and supervising energy efficiency and all the productivity data.
