Fillings
When it comes to the production of fillings, we proudly present our unique equipment combination: the JELLYMASTER® and the JELLYMIX. The JELLYMASTER® is specially designed for the efficient production of fruit gum and jelly masses. Constant product viscosity is a decisive factor here, especially for "one-shot products". The JELLYMIX, a gravimetric PLC controlled weighing and mixing system, can handle up to 8 different colors and flavors. This solution from CHOCOTECH enables the perfect production of jelly fillings for pastries.
The TORNADO® as a continuous aeration system for jelly, marshmallow, marshmallow mousse, filling masses, creams and pasta. The temperature-controlled aeration head ensures intensive mixing of the mass with the aeration gas. In the TORNADO®, a pre-foamer is used for pre-aeration in order to subsequently whip the mass homogeneously and achieve the required target density, aeration homogeneity, product quality and process stability. Liquid additives such as colors and flavors can be dosed into the aerated mass through several standard inlet nozzles on the whipping head.
