Troppo Buono – with live lactic ferments: a mix for aromatic, rustic loaves. Enhanced with a blend of seeds and turmeric, which naturally enhances and brightens the color of bread, with Troppo Buono bread will have an unmistakable and special aroma, thanks to a combination of ingredients that elevate its flavor with toasted notes. This mix contains oat flakes, chia seeds, flax seeds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds.
Dosage: 100%.

Vitakorn – with live lactic ferments: a complete mix for making very dark bread with an intense malted aroma, enriched with typical rye notes. It contains a rich blend of mixed seeds, including sunflower seeds, flax seeds and sesame seeds, along with carefully selected ingredients such as soy grits and extruded corn. The result is a rustic bread, perfect for medium-sized loaves, offering an extraordinary fragrance and unique texture.
Dosage: 100%.

Vitaminic – with live lactic ferments: a concentrated mix enriched with sunflower seeds, flax seeds, soy flour and barley malt, ideal for making an excellent dark bread with seeds. Bakers can easily add it to their own flour to create a bold-flavored bread, perfect for those who love the intense taste of bread enriched with toasted flours and seeds.
Dosage: 3 kg of Vitaminic + 7 kg of flour.
