Divider rounder
Heavy-duty, high-output divider rounder, suitable for dividing and rounding dough to obtain round bread, as well as stamped bread, hamburger buns, finger rolls, pita, pizza, and piadine.
The machine is designed for working with soft and semi-hard dough and comes equipped with a plastic hopper.
Dough is gently handled thanks to a star dosing system and adjustable pressure in the portioning chambers.
The dough pieces, properly rounded by the rounding drum, are placed on the outfeed spreading belts for easy pick-up or for transfer to subsequent moulders.
