Complete line for the individual wrapping of chocolate chip cookies

At Synchropack we have designed and manufactured a complete line for the individual wrapping of chocolate chip cookies at 350ppm. It is composed of: 

A PDS (product diverting system). In the case of product arrival in partially aligned or even completely disordered rows, depending on its characteristics and length, Synchropack offers different product diverting systems.

A POS (product orientation system). Synchropack offers different product orientation solutions with “stretching” systems by conveyors with successive speed changes, by means of specially profiled fixed guides or by using motorized guides.

A HSS (high speed synchronizer). This multi-conveyor feeding system is installed after the RDS or POS (product orientation systems) for a synchronized feeding of the flow-pack wrapper. There are several versions depending on the required speeds or the type of products: in this case, a high speed synchronizer.

A Pack 900RT flow-pack wrapping machine. It is the electronic flow-pack wrapping machine proposed by Synchropack to wrap regular products, for medium or high production runs, with semiautomatic or automatic feeding and multiple format changes.
