In the early 1980s, Franco Saccani began his career in the field of industrial bakery lines: over time he has matured a great experience in all the aspects of the business and consolidated a large know-how within the sector.

In the second half of the 1990s he promoted the development of new technologies and solutions to start a commercial-scale production of Italian products such as “ciabatta” and pizza that, until then, were produced in a strictly artisanal way.

Combining the construction of plants and machinery with consulting and design represents a successful strategic choice for the company: today, Saccani SRL is a reference point for all partners who need experience and skills.
