Cream fillings Lauretta
Professional, versatile fillings for all kinds of baked products. Thermostable fillings, used both inside and on top of a cake, retain their quality during baking in temperature of over 200°C within 15 minutes and also while freezing or defrosting. They can also be used after baking.
Fruit fillings with pieces Lauretta
Professional, versatile fillings for all kinds of baked products. Thermostable fillings, used both inside and on top of a cake, retain their quality during baking and also while freezing or defrosting, although their thermostability is lower than that of standard fruit fillings because of high content of fruit pieces. They can also be used after baking.
Fruit fillings without pieces Lauretta
Professional, versatile fillings for all kinds of baked products. Thermostable fillings, used both inside and on top of a cake, retain their quality during baking in temperature of over 200°C within 15 minutes and also while freezing or defrosting. They can also be used after baking.
Hot Glazes (decorative gels) Cristalli
These products are used to make cakes and other confectionery shine and to protect them. They are often used for cakes with fresh fruits on top.
Mirror Glazes (Cold glazes) Ascanio
Mirror glaze Ascanio after applying onto product makes on top a transparent film that will make your product shine and protect pastry and fresh fruits on top.
Candied fruits
Our candied fruits consist of only fruit, sugar and water. No preservatives, food colorings or flavorings are added.
Ways of use: for coating with chocolate, chocolate bars, snacks, cakes, muffins, muesli bars, fruit teas, meat and sauces
Pectin jellies
Pectin jellies in form of gel with consistency similar to glucose-fructose syrup. After heating, adding 50% citric acid solution and cooling down they create firm, tasty jellies great for jaffa cakes, jelly in cubes or as layer in cake, inside or on top.
