The Swiss startup EggField (Field Food AG) develops and produces innovative plant-based ingredients with functional properties similar to those of hen’s eggs. The products are based on legume extracts and other plant proteins, offering powerful, sustainable alternatives for professional chefs, bakers, pastry chefs, and food manufacturers. Our products are easy to use, have a longer shelf life than hen’s eggs, promote efficiency in production, and improve food safety.

Our products are now also available through BÄKO Württemberg eG, which supplies businesses in the Baden-Württemberg region.
