Thermostable fillings, used both inside and on top of a cake, retain their quality during baking in temperature of over 200°C within 15 minutes and also while freezing or defrosting.

Kandy is going to exhibit professional, versatile fruit & cream fillings "Lauretta" for all kinds of baked products. Thermostable fillings, used both inside and on top of a cake, retain their quality during baking in temperature of over 200°C within 15 minutes and also while freezing or defrosting. They can also be used after baking.

They are great for donuts, berliner, puff pastry, danish pastry, shortcruts cookies, muffins, cakes and many other pastry products.

This range includes cream fillings, fruit fillings with pieces and fruit fillings without pieces. Flavours include vanilla, toffee, Lemon Twist, strawberry yoghurt, raspberry, sour cherry and many others.

Packaging: bucket 12 kg. Shelf life: 6-12 months.
