The machine is built with three main modules, each performing a specific function:

Forming Module: This module creates the finished packaging, open only at the top. The operation is independent of the following modules, making format changes quicker and reducing packaging waste.

Filling Module: Responsible for conveying the pouch to the filling station, where it is filled, undergoes gas flushing, and other processes as required.

Sealing Module: Completes the sealing process, ensuring the pouch is properly sealed.
An optional Classifying Module can be added for end-of-line operations, such as weight checking, metal detection, X-ray inspection, and boxing.
