Trend raw material oats – four variations in one product: With pregelatinized wholemeal oat flour, oat flakes, wholemeal oat sourdough and oat malt flour, IREKS SOFT OAT is fully geared towards the growing popularity of oat baked goods. Mild, nutty flavour and incredibly moist: UNSER BUCHWEIZENVOLLKORN combines wholemeal spelt flour, wholemeal buckwheat flour, coarse wholemeal buckwheat, wholemeal buckwheat sourdough and roasted wholemeal buckwheat flour – for baked goods that redefine the image of wholemeal bread and take it into the future. In addition to the characteristic colour and special taste of buckwheat, bread made from this product offers unique enjoyment for several days thanks to its long freshkeeping.
