This new concept for a bakery in a rural area, including interior design, should be thought through and planned as realistically as possible and serve as a guide for others.
The “Bakery of the future” project, in collaboration with master baker Peter Siefer, explores the question of what the bakery of the future could look like in rural areas. What paradigm shifts can be initiated in relation to a bakery? How can the world of work and the shopping experience be designed for both sides? And what does this all look like in a specific example? The submitted work presents ideas in text and image form.
