New 10 kg block of "Plunder" lamination butter

The tried and tested „Plunder Butter“ from milk fat specialist Hoche Butter is now available not only as a 2 kg sheet but also as a 10 kg lamination butter block for laminating Danish pastry and puff pastry doughs, especially for larger quantities of dough.

With the launch of a "Plunder Butter" as a 10 kg block, Hoche Butter GmbH is again expanding its product range in the "Lamination Butter" segment. The new 10 kg block has the same good processing properties as the long-proven „Plunder“ butter sheet from Hoche Butter and has a melting point of 30 - 34 °C. The „Plunder“ butter block has been designed for use in sheeters with automated dough band production.

Our „Plunder“ butter has a smooth and texturized consistency as well as machine-friendly high resilience during processing. It gives the finished pastry a full buttery flavour and a fine flakiness with a tender crumb. Contains 82 percent milk fat.
