UNIFERM FermFresh® AromaDurum matured for exceptional indulgence

The latest creation in the UNIFERM FermFresh® family is the result of a multi-stage fermentation process fermentation process based on durum wheat.  Using the UNIFERM DuoFermentation process, a mildly sour durum sourdough and a slightly sweet durum ferment are gently fermented in several stages. In this way, durum develops its very own flavour and lends a variety of baked goods authentic flavour facets.

On the shelf and at the counter, the baked goods are a real eye-catcher with their attractive golden-brown crust colour and unusual crispness. The golden yellow crumb is a visual and flavourful highlight and combines indulgence with fresh juiciness.
