The Sigma Pizza Industrial Line is a patented cold system engineered for the precise spreading of pizza dough balls. Mimicking the skilled manual dexterity of a pizzaiolo, it preserves the dough’s quality and gluten structure, offering the artisanal craftsmanship of traditional methods at an industrial scale.

This versatile machine produces soft pizza bases with adjustable diameters ranging from 20 to 40 cm and weights between 100 and 500 grams. With a production rate of up to 800 pizzas per hour per row, the system can be configured with 1 to 4 rows, delivering a maximum output of 3,200 pizzas per hour.

Key features include an automatic flour duster, a centering device for precise dough ball placement, and multiple spreading stages for optimal consistency. Built with safety in mind, the machine is equipped with protective doors and constructed from durable AISI 304 steel for long-lasting reliability.

Designed for seamless integration, the Sigma Pizza Industrial Line works effortlessly with upstream ball feeding systems and downstream topping processes, providing a complete, efficient solution for high-volume pizza production.
